Paleo Pumpkin Granola
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chppped almonds
- 1 can organic pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Mix ingrediants together in large bowl- will be sticky
- Place on parchment paper or non stick baking sheet and mash flat
- Bake at 275 for 40 minutes
- Take out flip and then bake additional 20 minutes
- Let cool then crumble and serve with almond milk.
This is a great choice instead of junk cereal.
