My name is Brock Looysen. I’m 19 years old. I’m a student, a coach and a CrossFitter. Like most people who choose to begin CrossFit, I never thought that this was something that would become a major part of my life. CrossFit quickly became my passion, and now I simply can’t imagine life without it.

My name is Kris. I’m 46 years old, and I’m a CrossFit addict. An unlikely confession for some? Probably not. But for me, totally! I’m not overly competitive. I’m a stay-at-home mom. I like to dress up, knit, sew, and decorate. I didn’t play sports growing up. Getting dirty isn’t really my thing, and I’m not particularly fond of pain. So how did this happen?

I have the best job in the world. Being a coach at Yucaipa CrossFit is just my favorite! I’ve had the CrossFit bug since 2008 and all I’ve really wanted is to get people to love it right along with me!

David is one of the young guns making great improvements at Yucaipa CrossFit. Like many of us, David fell in love with CrossFit after his first WOD. Unlike most, he decided to take his knowledge of CrossFit to the next level by attending a Crossfit Level 1 Seminar and become a Level 1 Trainer.

My experience at YCF has been amazing.  I love the trainers and all the people here.  The trainers have an amazing ability to see their clients strengths and weaknesses and help them improve.
