There are many ideas floating around about CrossFit and “the box.” Most people outside of CrossFit think its too expensive, other people don’t understand why their CrossFit friends only talk about CrossFit and other’s just don’t want to lift heavy things during a workout and think CrossFitters are just crazy!

Travis Harp is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He has spent the last 10
years as the Rehab Director for a National Home Health Company and has
worked part time as a Clinical Instructor at Loma Linda University since
Travis is new to CrossFit. He joined the Yucaipa CrossFit family in
February 2014. He was as a collegiate Swimmer and Water Polo Player.
