I have this friend. One of those friends that you know God put in your life the moment you met (almost 20 years ago). She’s so funny. She’s kinda like my workout hero. She’s a runner, a surfer, she’s finished Olympic distance triathlons and of course, she’s a CrossFitter!
Today, I was sitting next to my hubby at church. Something made me laugh (I think it was the usual – the Pastor is teaching, I get confused, I ask Chip what something means, he does a long pause, then starts to whisper answer. Then he stops mid answer, sighs and changes his whisper answer to, “we can talk after church.”) Typical typical Sunday during church conversation for us. And that made me laugh. Because every single Sunday it happens.
When I first heard about the Redlands Rumble I noticed there was an “intermediate” division and thought it would be a fun experience. After learning the difficulty of the workouts for the “intermediate” division I decided I was not yet ready.

Will I or won’t I? The most difficult part of CrossFit for me is the 10 or so seconds before the WOD begins. I know that I am about to get a great workout. However, I don’t know if I am going to be satisfied with my effort.
I know it sounds so silly, but its true. We want you to learn how to move better, in a healthier way, so you don’t injure yourself. Then we want you to move faster with more intensity and begin to lift heavy things fast. In the end, it should make your life better!
