I’m heading off to the box to go workout with our Saturday morning crew!! I LOVE it!!
A week ago my sister (who lives in AZ And is somewhat new to CrossFit) asked me to send her a video of a burpee. She said she was having a hard time doing them fast and didn’t feel like she was stringing them together correct. So I made this for her and decided I’d post it here as well.
Points of performance on the burpee:
1. Chest must touch deck.
2. Hips and shoulders must open on top (that’s why we clap behind our head.)
3. Feet must come off the ground with open hips and shoulders.
