There are many ideas floating around about CrossFit and “the box.” Most people outside of CrossFit think its too expensive, other people don’t understand why their CrossFit friends only talk about CrossFit and other’s just don’t want to lift heavy things during a workout and think CrossFitters are just crazy!
I may be a little obsessed with this stuff. I love our local health food store here in Yucaipa called The Mighty Oak. I was in there one day and he was making his own kombucha. After buying the expensive brew from the grocery store and learning about the good probiotics in it I decided I wanted to start making it!
For a while, along with buying mostly organic foods, I’ve also tried keep most of the products at home chemical free. I clean my house with a combination of vinegar and water and I use a lot of baking soda - in my hair and for cleaning. These natural remedies work, are much cheaper than buying cleaning products at the store and they are chemical free.
